If you, or anyone who may accompany you on this visit have any of the above symptoms, you are required to reschedule your visit to campus.
All visitors must check-in at the Public Safety Office (572 Garden Ave.) upon arrival. All visitors will receive a health screening inclusive of an on-site temperature check at that time. Visitors must receive a badge from public safety before proceeding to the Webster Hall visitors parking lot. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have a fever of over 100 degrees you will be required to reschedule your visit to campus.
Upon completion of Public Safety visit and clearance approval, visitors will proceed to Webster Hall visitors parking. You will find your name listed on your parking spot in front of the building (470 E Lockwood Ave.). On your parking plaque you will find the phone number of the Welcome Center. Upon arrival please call and inform them that you are here for your campus visit. Once you have checked in via phone, you will be directed into the building and greeted at the door by a Gorlok Guide. Upon entry to the building, you will be asked to show your clearance approval and will have your temperature checked again.
All visitors are required to wear masks on campus for the entirety of their time on campus (indoors & outdoors). Please bring a mask with you. If you do not have access to a mask, one will be provided for you upon check-in. Masks must always be properly worn covering your nose and mouth, there is no exception to this rule. If you are unable to wear a mask you should reschedule your visit until such a time you are physically able to wear a mask. Face coverings that are not an acceptable replacement for face masks are bandanas, face shields and neck gaiter masks.
Everyone must keep a minimum of 6 feet between themselves and others while on campus. Additionally, Webster will restrict access while on campus to designated areas.
Everyone must wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before meeting with Webster personnel. If soap and water are not available, use on of the hand sanitizer dispensers on campus.
