Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Office (RO). Contact person for F-1 and J-1 students and scholars immigration compliance. Extended campuses contact person regarding international student admission policies and procedures. Works with students who want to either come to study in United States from one of our international campuses. Working with prospective international undergraduate freshman students and graduate students.

Primary Responsibilities: Working with prospective international undergraduate transfer students. Also serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 visa students & their dependents and an Alternative Responsible Officer (ARO) for J-1 visa students, scholars & their dependents. Admission questions from transfer students should be directed to Ms. Janka Ribando. Immigration and visa questions can also be directed to her.

Primary Responsibilities: Working with prospective international undergraduate first-time freshman and adult freshman. Evaluating international credentials for undergraduate prospective student to determine whether they meet admission requirements at Webster University. Assists the global Webster University admissions teams with credential inquiries. Also serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 visa students at the Webster Groves Campus.  Questions about institution accreditation, transfer credits, or foreign transcripts should be directed to Ms. Maggie Dankert.

Evaluating international credentials for graduate prospective students applying to US campuses, to determine whether they meet admissions requirements at Webster University.  Also serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 visa students at the Webster Groves Campus.

If you need guidance from a member of the International Recruitment and Services regarding immigration compliance, please complete the Online Request Form. Be specific on your request. IRIS will respond to your request by an email, phone call and if needed we will set up an appointment to meet with you.

Document pick-up and Delivery: If you requested a letter online from the International Recruitment & International services website, the letter will be sent to you via the method you selected when filing the form. You will need to present your Webster Student ID Card when picking up your document(s) from the International Recruitment & International Services.

Prospective Students: If you are a prospective student, please make an appointment online at Campus Visit. If you wish to visit another Webster campus, contact that campus directly.
