Follow your passion for music with Webster University’s Master of Arts in Music, and take the next step in your career. During this two-year program, you’ll gain the skills needed to teach applied music in the studio or classroom, perform with or conduct ensembles, compose or arrange music or pursue doctoral studies in musicology, theory or another field.

Top-Tier Facilities

As a Department of Music student, you’ll practice and perform in our historic Thompson Music Building. Inside, you’ll find a 45-seat recital hall, 21 rehearsal rooms with pianos, 10 studios and three classrooms. Webster is designated as an All-Steinway School, one of just four in Missouri. In addition, students can use our Digital Keyboard Lab in the lower level of the Loretto-Hilton Center.
