Supporting Our Community in Extraordinary Times

Make a Gift

Our community has learned so much together as we faced the challenges presented by COVID-19. So many have risen to the occasion with so many needs to be met. During this extraordinary time, Webster University established specific fundraising vehicles to support our community. These included emergency fund for students and staff raised through the Gorloks Now! Fund, which surpassed its goal in June.

Front-Line Responders Fund

Now through the end of July, we invite you to join our crowdfunding effort in support of Webster students who are working on the front lines during the pandemic. Hear Professor of Nursing Jenny Broeder describe what these students are experiencing as they balance their studies with work or furlough during the COVID-19 crisis:

Many Webster students are front-line responders, including over 300 nurses who work 12-hour shifts while still coming to class during the pandemic. The Front-Line Responders Fund offers them support and thanks as they resume required clinical rotations and research that will reduce their employment hours this summer.

Chancellor's Vision Fund

Ensuring that we continue our mission to teach our students to be compassionate global leaders. This fund supports strategic initiatives such as academic transitions support for freshmen and transfer students, special programs for student veterans, online tutoring, student support technologies, study abroad research scholarships, and more.
