We offer a variety of financial aid solutions for paying for college, including scholarships, grants, federal financial aid, college loans and work study. For the majority of Webster students, scholarships and financial assistance are vital to academic success.

The Office of Financial Aid provides services and support to undergraduate students (including transfer students), graduate students and students who are active in the military. Our financial aid experts are here to help you complete applications, find suitable assistance programs and answer any questions you have about financial aid.
Webster awards financial aid packages each academic year, which includes summer, fall and spring terms. For the upcoming academic year, we begin processing award offer notifications in December for prospective students who have been academically accepted and have provided all required financial aid documents.
All important dates and upcoming deadlines can be found below. This includes deadlines for all students, such as undergraduate students, graduate students, international students and military-affiliated students.
FAFSA for the 2026-2027 school year available beginning Oct. 1, 2025 at studentaid.gov. Be sure to enter Webster school code 002521.
The 2026-2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) opens on studentaid.gov.
- Deadline for consideration to apply for competitive scholarship opportunities. Eligible students will be invited via email.
- Donor-Funded Scholarship Application (requires login) opens for returning Webster University Students.
- Incoming Student Housing Application opens.
- First-Time Freshmen Competitive Scholarship Application submission deadline.
- Scholarship re-evaluations:
- First-Time Freshmen who want to petition for the academic merit-based scholarships to be increased based on an updated cumulative GPA or an ACT/SAT score must submit proper documentation of their high school transcript or ACT scores and notify their First Year Admissions Counselor by Jan. 15 for consideration of a one-time only scholarship increase.
- Transfer students who want to petition for the academic merit-based scholarships to be increased are reviewed on a case-by-case basis prior to enrollment. Reach out to your Transfer Admissions Counselor on the documentation you may need to submit.
The Donor-Funded Scholarship Application (login required) closes for returning Webster University students. Reach out to the Office of Financial Aid Scholarship Coordinator at financialaid@webster.edu for questions or concerns about this application.
