Mission:

Emmanuel Church Emergency Food Pantry in partnership with Webster University is available for qualifying students in need of supplemental food items.

Overview:

The Emmanuel Church Food Pantry offers perishable and nonperishable food items to students who demonstrate need through the Webster University Emmanuel Church Emergency Food Center Application. The food provided is meant to supplement your personally purchased food. Students are only allowed to apply for assistance from the pantry once a term.

Eligibility:

Webster University undergraduate and graduate students both commuter and resident are eligible to receive assistance.

Each approved individual is eligible to receive assistance only one time per month.

All applications must be submitted by the last Monday of each month in order to be approved for assistance during that month.  

If you are not chosen to receive assistance for the month in which you applied your application will be held on file and reviewed again during the following terms distribution cycle.

Food Pick Up:

Each recipient will be provided a waiver to present to the Emmanuel Church on specified date and time for food pick up.

Item Donations can include any of the follwing non-parrishable items:

Cheese or peanut butter crackers
Beef jerky
Applesauce
Pudding
Fruit cups
Granola bars
Power bars
Cereal bars
Single serving Chef-Boy-R-Dee items
Ravioli/spaghetti-os
Single serving soups (with pull tab openings)
Ramen noodles
Tomato juice
Packaged nuts
Trail mix
Fruit snacks
Dried fruits
Peanut butter
Any kind of pasta
Spaghetti sauce
Canned vegetables and fruit (with pull top openings)
Macaroni and cheese
Individually packaged chips/pretzels/Goldfish
Boxed drinks and juices
Vienna sausages (with pull top lids)
Pop tarts
Individual packets of oatmeal
Plastic spoons
Gallon-size ziplock bags
Canned Tuna
Bags of rice or beans

Any donations of these types of items would be greatly appreciated
