Mission and Vision
Mission: The Impact Center and Career Integration Department empowers students to connect their academic experiences with meaningful career pathways through experiential learning, employer engagement, reflective practice and intentional skill development. We collaborate with faculty, employers and community partners to ensure every student has opportunities to explore, apply and articulate their learning in preparation for lifelong success.
Vision: We envision a Webster University where every student graduates with meaningful experiences, a strong sense of purpose and the ability to confidently connect their education to future opportunities and impact.

As of Summer 2026, Webster University is transitioning from a traditional career services model to a career-connected learning model that integrates academic experiences, experiential learning, internships, employer engagement and career pathway development.
