Master’s degrees in an adapted learning style

Boost Your Career With an In-Person Sequential Master’s Program

Starting Fall 2025, these programs will enable students to engage with professors and peers in a traditional classroom setting — once every three weeks or once a month — over the weekend.

Offered in St. Louis, Missouri and San Antonio, Texas

The MS in Information Technology Management and MBA programs will be offered at both our St. Louis and San Antonio campuses. The programs will operate as a cohort, requiring students to meet in person just four to six times per semester, still offering the benefits of peer connection and professional networking — without the weekly commute. Between in-person meetings, students engage in interactive assignments, case preparation, group projects and other collaborative activities that enrich the learning experience while offering maximum flexibility, keeping working professionals in mind. The courses are enhanced with virtual learning assignments and discussions, enabling students to constantly and conveniently remain engaged with faculty and peers.

Projected start date for the 2025 Fall I cohort is Aug. 16, 2025 (subject to change).

Our Sequential Master's Programs

  • The MBA requires 30 credit hours (10 courses) for the entire program. Non-business students may need an introductory course, which is also built in to the schedule.
  • The cohorts are designed to allow students to graduate within three semesters and a Summer term.
  • Students register for three on-ground courses in a semester. Some of the coursework will be expected to be done online in-between required in-person meetings.
  • The on-ground courses meet regularly, every month during a semester over Saturday and Sunday for intensive in-person coursework (typically, classes meet on week 5, 9, 14 and 18).

  • The MS in Information Technology Management is a STEM program and requires 27-30 credit hours (9-10 courses) for the entire program.
  • The cohorts are designed to allow students to graduate within three semesters (about 18-20 months), Summer is optional/vacation term.
  • Students register for two on-ground courses a semester and one online course for the same semester.
  • The on-ground courses meet regularly, every three weeks in a 9-week term (week 3, 6, 9) over Saturday and Sunday for intensive coursework.

  • The program will be a flat fee of $2,500 per term ($5,000 per semester).
  • Total cost is $15,000 for total program, no matter how many credit hours you take.
  • Tuition deposit of $2,500 U.S. (non-refundable) is mandatory for international F-1 students, at time of enrollment.
  • Students who graduated from Webster University receive a 15% tuition discount.
  • Students who fall out of cohort due to their own personal reason will need to take their missed courses in traditional on-ground/online format at rates that are prevailing for such coursework. Once they are able to catch up to their original cohort or a similar cohort, they can again get back to the flat rate.
  • Students needing any prerequisite course (or courses) may have to pay an additional $500 fee per course.

Optional Practical Training (OPT) for Enrolled F-1 Students:

International students are able to get one year OPT for their MBA program and up to three years STEM OPT for both MA and MS in ITM programs. Since OPT is limited to one time per level of study in the United States, please note that you can do OPT only if you have never done an OPT at a master's level with your previous degree.

Optional practical training is a temporary employment authorization for training purposes, directly related to the student's major field of study. Approval for this employment comes from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). An F-1 student may submit an application for post-completion OPT as early as 90 days before the student's program completion date, and up to 60 days after his or her program completion date. If applying after program completion date, please make sure that your application is received by USCIS by the 60th day of the program completion date, otherwise your application will be rejected. In addition, the application must be submitted within 30 days of the date the OPT I-20 was issued.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT):

International students are able to register for CPT opportunities for this program if they are approved by their faculty advisor. The following details are applicable:

  • An F-1 student must have been enrolled full-time and maintaining status.
  • For the academic program requirement, the student must register for one or three credit hours of internship/practicum course work as determined by his or her internship coordinator or academic advisor.
  • The student must be maintaining legal F-1 immigration status.
  • This includes maintaining full-time enrollment. Please note that CPT does not count as an on-ground class, so students must still enroll in enough in-person credits to meet the full-time, in-person enrollment requirements for the F-1 visa.
  • The student must have been formally offered an internship.
