25Live Calendar and Reservation Requests

In order to reserve a space on the Webster Groves campus, requests can be submitted in 25Live Pro, the University’s web-based calendaring and scheduling solution. Academic and event/meeting reservations are all housed in 25Live Pro. For current students, faculty, and staff, access to 25Live Pro is available through Single Sign-On using your Webster University username and password.

The University Center offers flexible and convenient spaces for various types of meetings and events. Prior to placing a reservation with the University Center, please review the facilities use agreement (PDF).

Rental Rates

Sunnen Lounge $100 per hour; $500 per day
Presentation Room $50 per hour; $250 per day
Conference Room $50 per hour; $250 per day
Commons $100 per hour; $500 per day
Grant Gym $200 per hour; $1,000 per day
Athletics Lobby $50 per hour; $250 per day
  • Floor Cover Fee (required for any non-athletic events in gym): $100 per use.
  • Extra Hours Fee (required for events outside of building hours): $30 per hour.
  • Capacity is based on room setups that do not include the use of tables.
  • Audio Visual equipment (laptop, data projector, microphone, etc.) is available. Contact the Information Center at 314-246-7105 for details.

Sunnen LoungeSunnen Lounge

  • Capacity: 120 in a chairs-only setup; 88 in pod style; 50 in classroom style
  • Location: Upper Level
  • Details: Variety of setups available; has projection screen and a baby grand piano.

Presentation RoomPresentation Room

  • Capacity: 40 in chairs-only setup; 20 in classroom style
  • Location: Upper Level
  • Details: Has a VCR/Blu-ray unit, a projection screen, built-in projector, and a dry erase marker board.

Conference RoomConference Room

  • Capacity: 17
  • Location: Upper Level
  • Details: Has a built-in flat-screen TV with Blu-ray and laptop connections; dry erase marker board.

University Center CommonsUniversity Center Commons

  • Capacity: 300 standing room
  • Location: Upper Level
  • Details: Long, narrow multi-use area on the upper level that features a hanging display of flags from each of the home countries of Webster's international population.

Grant GymnasiumGrant Gymnasium

  • Capacity: 800-1,350
  • Location: Lower Level
  • Details: The 96- by 120-foot gymnasium has six regulation-height basketball hoops and can be set up for two volleyball or two basketball courts. Bleacher use is available, as well as seats on the floor. Furniture is not available from the University for rentals. non-athletic events require the floor cover, which includes a fee for use.

Swimming PoolSwimming Pool

  • Capacity: 135
  • Location: Lower Level
  • Details: 25-yard, six-lane, indoor pool designed for recreational and lap swimming.
