  • The corporate partner tuition rate must be requested before the end of the term and will not be retroactive for previous terms of enrollment.
  • Employees must self-disclose their employment status on the Corporate Partner Employee Verification Form. You must be admitted to Webster before you complete the form. After you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email stating your corporate discount will be applied to your account.
  • The corporate partner tuition rate will be applied after the drop/add each term, typically after the first week of classes.
  • All students must renew eligibility through the Corporate Partner Employee Verification Form once per year following initial enrollment. We encourage students to renew in the fall term.

The following are ineligible for the CPTR: students enrolled in programs billed as a flat tuition rate rather than per credit hour charge, including but not limited to full-time undergraduate students (students taking 13 credit hours or more per semester), Webster International Network School (WINS) partner programs, dual enrollment and dual credit programs, Summer Institute, post-master’s or doctoral programs, including EdD, EdS, DNAP (nurse anesthesia), Global MA in International Relations, Global MA in International Nongovernmental Organizations, RN to BSN and Military Rates. What is a Cohort?

Professor Dan Mueller with students

A cohort is a group of employees who begin and finish the same academic program together. Classes are held weekly after work hours, taught by Webster faculty members, and held on site at the corporate partner’s designated facility or online.

Cohorts can be tailored to provide instruction specific to the corporate partner’s business needs, offering a directly relevant yet robust educational experience to employees.
