BFA Choreographic Concert, SYNERGY

Featuring original choreography by BFA Dance candidates Madison Zumwalt and Ashley Johnson, and BA Dance candidate Maddy Bergmann. SYNERGY runs October 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m., and October 9 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The performance takes place in Stage III, the lower level of Webster Hall, 470 E. Lockwood Avenue.

New Works Concert

Featuring original choreography by Webster Dance faculty Jennifer Welch Cudnik, Dawn Karlovsky, Monica Newsam, and Ashley Tate along with Webster Dance alumni Tayler Kinner and Sydnee Reese. The New Works Concert runs November 4 at 7:30 p.m., November 6 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and November 7 at 2 p.m. The performance takes place in Stage III, the lower level of Webster Hall, 470 E. Lockwood Ave.

Original choreography by Webster University students is presented in the Large Dance Studio of the Jean and Wells Hobler Center for Dance, Loretto-Hilton Center for the Performing Arts, 130 Edgar Road. The performances take place December 3 and 4 at 7:30 p.m.

Choreography by Webster Dance faculty and guest artists is presented in the Loretto-Hilton Center’s Virginia Browning Mainstage Theatre, 130 Edgar Road. The performances take place May 6 and 7 at 7:30 p.m. and May 8 at 2 p.m.

Sunday, February 20, 2022
9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Dancers aged 13 and up will take ballet, modern, aerial, and jazz dance classes with Webster Dance faculty. Lunch is provided.

Registration opens on November 15, 2021.

Partnerships and Internship Opportunities

Our Dance students benefit from close partnerships between Webster's Department of Dance and local dance companies and arts organizations. Students often pursue internships and part-time employment with a host of these companies and many alumni work professionally with them upon graduation.
