Priority Application Dates
Housing applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year. For the best chance to get your preferred room type, apply by the priority deadlines for Fall Semester:
- March 1: Current Webster students and upper-year transfer students
- April 1: New incoming first year students and transfer students with less than 30 credits
Step 1: Connections
If you are a new student and do not know your Connections username, contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 314-246-5995 or support@webster.edu.
Step 2: Apply for Housing
To begin our application process, click on the button below to "Apply for Housing." You will login using your Webster Connections username (do not include @webster.edu) and password.
Step 3: Pay Housing Deposit
The housing deposit is $175 ($25 non-refundable application fee, $150 deposit), which can be paid via credit card. Housing assignments are made after deposit is received. Pay by the priority deadline or if after the deadline, it must be paid with your application.

Suggested Packing List
Moving into on-campus housing is an exciting step, and we’re here to help make it smooth. The Webster University Office of Housing and Residential Life has put together a suggested Residence Halls packing list (PDF) and a Webster Village Apartments packing list (PDF) to help guide you as you prepare for the upcoming academic year. We recommend talking with your suitemate or roommates before arrival to coordinate and avoid bringing duplicate items.
